DJ Rick Lupert
Rick worked in radio at 2 local stations in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles for 5 years. He also helped to restart the radio station at The University of Judaism in Los Angeles which had a broadcast range sometimes as far as the dining hall.
Rick has hosted a poetry reading at the Cobalt Cafe in Canoga Park California for over seven years. His work has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, Chiron Review, Zuzus Petals NakedPoetry.com, and the infamous and now defunct Caffeine Magazine. Rick designs websites. He participates in photosynthesis. He has cats. They will interrupt the broadcast of Feed Your Head occasionally by stepping on the CD player buttons. They frequently change his answering machine message when he's gone. Rick Lupert loves you and would also love your sister given the opportunity. Rick Lupert was never offered the mayorship of Fargo, North Dakota, though he did write a campaign speech and fell in love with someone's sister there. |
